Configuring NetWare Connect (NWC)

45

Installing VS-Link (Novell)

Editing AUTOEXEC.NCF

Depending on your current system status and configuration, these 
steps may not be necessary:

1.

At the command line prompt, enter:

load install

The Installation Options menu is displayed.

2.

Select 

NCF files options

.

The Available NCF Files Options menu is displayed.

3.

Select 

Edit AUTOEXEC.NCF file

.

4.

Scroll through the file, and verify that the following command 
appears at or near the end of the file:

nwcstart

5.

If the command is in the file, press 

Alt F10

 to exit install.

If the command is not in the file, add it, then press 

F10

 to save the 

file and exit to the Available NCF Files Options menu. Press 

Esc

 to 

exit install.

Selecting ISDN Modem Type

Follow these steps:

1.

At the command line prompt, enter:

load nwccon

The NetWare Connect Options menu is displayed.

Select
