Correct disposal of this product: This marking shown on the product and its literature indicates this kind of product
mustn’t be disposed with household wastes at the end of its working life in order to prevent possible harm to the envi-
ronment or human health. Therefore the customers is invited to supply to the correct disposal, differentiating this pro-
duct from other types of refusals and recycle it in responsible way, in order to re - use this components. The customer
therefore is invited to contact the local supplier office for the relative information to the differentiated collection and

Testing of the accumulator
Connect the terminals of the tester to the terminals of the
accumulator; make sure terminal of the tester marked red is
connected to the terminal of the accumulator marked with a
„+” and the terminal of the tester marked black is connected
to the terminal of the accumulator marked with a „-”.
The display indicates the actual voltage of the accumulator
and one of the diodes next to the display will go on. The green
„OK” diode means the voltage of the accumulator is correct.
The yellow „WEAK” diode indicated a partially discharged
accumulator, which should be charged before the test under
load.
The red „BAD” diode indicates an excessively discharged or
damaged accumulator. In case of a damage of the accumula-
tor, it may be necessary to replace it with a new one.
Testing of the accumulator under load
Attention! During the first test under load, a small quantity of
smoke may appear from the ventilating holes of the tester.
This is a normal situation, consisting in evaporation of the fac-
tory preservative of the load at a high temperature.
Connect the tester as in the case of testing of an accumula-
tor.

Testing of an accumulator
Before work may commence, make sure the arrow indicates
„0”. If not, adjust the indication, using the knob under the indi-
cator. Connect the terminals of the tester to the terminals of
the accumulator; make sure the terminal of the tester marked
red is connec- ted to the terminal of the accumulator marked
with a „+” and the terminal of the tester marked black is con-
nected to the terminal of the accumulator marked with a „-”.
Check the position of the arrow; the actual voltage of the accu-
mulator is indicated. If the arrow is within the green area, the
voltage of the accumulator is correct. The yellow area indica-
tes a partially discharged accumulator, which must be char-
ged before a test under load is conducted. The red area indi-
cates an excessively discharged or damaged accumulator.
In case of a damage of the accumulator, it may be necessary
to replace it with a new one.
Testing of an accumulator under load
Attention! During the first test under load, a small quantity of
smoke may appear from the ventilating holes of the tester.
This is a normal situation, consisting in evaporation of the fac-
tory preservative of the load at a high temperature.
Connect the tester as in the case of testing of an accumula-
tor. Turn the load switch on, which will cause a 100 A current
to flow through the load.
Attention! The switch should be held for not more than 10
sec. Once the switch is released, the load is immediately dis-
connected. If the switch were held longer, the load tempera-
ture may increase excessively, which may lead to burns or
even a fire, and will cause irreversible damage of the tester.
After each test, wait for five minutes before another test is
conducted, so that the tester cools down.
