CHAPTER 19 - WARRANTY
This machine is guaranteed against factory or monitoring defects for 12 months from the date of sale.
The warranty only and exclusively covers the replacement or repair of parts that are faulty. Any other re-
quest will not be accepted.
Damage due to normal wear and tear is not included, use that differs from any intended use reported he-
rein, damage caused by incorrect adjustments, technical actions that have been carried out incorrectly, acts
of vandalism.
CHAPTER 18 - TROUBLESHOOTING
There are essentially two problems that can happen with
CSW 1300 B
series sweepers, i.e.: the machine pro-
duces dust during operation, or it leaves debris on the floor; there can be many causes, but with careful use
and good routine maintenance these problems will not arise, therefore:

REMEDIES
The machine produces dust.
Clogged filter.
Clean it by ‘shaking’ it with relative tools and
remove it and clean it thoroughly, as needed.
The debris comes out of the motor com-
partment.
Damaged filter.
Replace it.
Filter assembled incorrectly.
Assemble it with its washer and make sure it is
installed correctly and firmly with even force.
Damaged side washers.
Adjust them or replace them.
The machine leaves debris on the floor.
The central broom is not adjusted accordingly,
or it is worn.
Adjust the central broom and check its ‘track’.
You have collected wires, cords, etc.
Remove them.
Damaged side washers.
Change it/them.
The hopper is full.
Empty it out.
The battery-operated machine is not
performing to its best, it is slow and it is
not cleaning properly.
The battery is low or not completely charged.
Check the electrolyte level and proceed with a
new, complete charging cycle.
The battery charger you are using is not the
recommended one or it is not sufficient.
Use a suitable battery charger.
