CHAPTER 3 - PREPARATION (UNPACKING)
Once the external packaging has been removed, take the machine off of its pallet; this operation can be
carried out in two ways:
1. Use a three-pronged hook with a suitable capacity for the weight of the machine (provided on the EC
plate). Lift the motor hood until it is resting on the steering wheel, all the way open. Screw the eye-bolt
all the way into the threaded hole on the platform by first of all taking the casing off of the motor (Part.
7 Fig. 4
). Hook all of the prongs onto the lifting hooks (all three) marked as
A/B/C
in
Fig. 1
and using a
forklift or bridge crane (with a suitable capacity for the machine), lift it off of the pallet and very slowly
place it on the ground.
THE MACHINE CAN ONLY BE LIFTED WHEN ALL THREE STRAPS ARE HOOKED
ONTO THE RESPECTIVE LIFTING HOOKS.
