4.5 INACTIVITY/ALLARM
WARNING
At the end of the day, close the inlet water valve and disconnect the power plug.
If the machine remains idle for a period longer than a week, fill and empty the washing
tank.
Perform the sanitation of the equipment during extraordinary maintenance operations, or
in the event of inactivity longer than a month.
If extended inactivity (more than one month), and/or storage at temperatures below 0 °
C will be considered, contact assistance service to perform the procedure of flushing with
antibacterial solution with antifreeze.
4.6 HIGH CONDUCTIVITY ALARM
If after 50 seconds, from the start, the conductivity of the water produced is
higher than 70 µS/cm, the display will show "Hi cond. Alarm" Check the
conductivity of the water produced by pressing the
key when the machine is in
operation. If it’s continually higher than 70 µS/cm with inlet water < 1.200 µS/cm,
contact the assistance service to change the membranes. The high conductivity
alarm does not block the equipment.
4.7 REPLACEMENT FILTERS ALARM
Change the filter after 140 hours of operation. After replacement, reset the time
(see § 4.4). Filter replacement alarm does not cause the blocking of the
equipment.
4.8 MINIMUM PRESSURE ALARM
In case of insufficient inlet pressure, the equipment stops and gives three BEEPs
off, displaying the alarm on the display. The low pressure switch is ignored for 20
seconds from the start.
After a minute, the equipment will automatically turn on. In the case of
consecutive pressure alarms, the delay of automatic restart automatically
increases.
4.9 LEAKAGE ALARM
The machine has two leakage probes inside. When the water makes the probes
wet, the board gives a long BEEP off and stops, displaying the alarm.
WARNING
In the event of a water leakage, disconnect the power plug and close the inlet water
valve, then contact the service centre.
In case of high environmental humidity, it is possible that leakage alarm intervenes even
in the absence of water leakage.
In this case, unplug, keep the
key down and connect the plug.
The board performs three BEEPs and resets the alarm.
If the alarm is repeated, contact the service centre.
