Pass the crotch belt through the crotch belt slot in the seat surface
as illustrated, making sure that the buckle is oriented correctly.

Attach the attachment metal to the crotch belt.

Fit the attachment metal into the recesses of the seat surface.
If the crotch belt is difficult to
pass through the slot, insert your
hand via the hole next to the
crotch belt slot and hold the
crotch belt from the back for
easier crotch belt passage.

Perform this procedure with
the reclining angle adjusted to
the upright position.

● Make sure that the attachment metal is attached
correctly to the crotch belt.
● Fit the attachment metal firmly into the recesses of
the seat surface and pull on the crotch belt, etc. to
check that it does not come loose.
WARNING
CAUTION
However, do not perform reclining operation
with your hand inserted into the hole of the seat
surface. This may pinch your fingers, possibly
resulting in injury.
