Children's restraint systems and booster car seat could be recalled for
safety reasons. You must register this children's restraint system or
booster car seat so that you can be reached in a recall. Fill out the
registration card attached to children's restraint system or booster car seat
and mail today or send your name, address, and the children's restraint
system's or booster car seat's model number and manufacturing date to:
