a uniform vertical pull
on both sides to avoid
bending the welding bar
and/or damaging the power
terminals.

Install the new welding bar operating as follows:
Pay attention to properly install the new welding bar on the right side. In any case, the special
shape of the bar prevents wrong positioning

Hold the new welding bar

through the knobs

, then align the power terminals

welding bar with the relevant connectors

on both sides of the welding head.

Exert
a uniform vertical pressure on both sides of welding bar to insert the power terminals into
the relevant connectors and the welding bar itself into the relevant seat. At the beginning of the
insertion, ensure that the power terminals

correctly match the relevant connectors
(e)
.

Once you have correctly plugged the power terminals into the relevant connector, tighten the
three fastening screws of the welding bar and re-install the work surface
(see step “
1
”)
. At the
end of the operation, re-connect the pedal connection cable and the power cable.
The welding bar is a part with a high environmental impact. For the disposal of the welding
bar, you are kindly recommended to follow the local regulations in force.
