Insert the transceiver side rails into the T-section slides and
push the transceiver fully into the cradle.

Apply gentle pressure to the front panel of the transceiver
and lock into the cradle by turning the cam catches one
quarter of a turn in either direction with a suitable tool or
small coin.

Mounting the control head
The control head must be mounted in a position that will
not cause injury to occupants in the event of a motor
vehicle accident.
Mount the control head in a position that allows easy
access to the control panel.
The control head must be connected to the transceiver
before power is applied. Failure to do this may result in
damage to the transceiver in the following ways:
•
the internal fuse blows and must be replaced
•
the control head fails to operate. The power must be
disconnected from the transceiver and then
reconnected and switched on.
