5. Mount the left-side cover:
Mount the left side cover (F) on the cradle with 2 of the attached screws (M6X12).
6. Mount blade, blade collars, nuts and washer:
Washer Ø 20 (4)
x 1
Nut M20 (3)
x 1
Blade (G)
x 1
Inner blade collar (2a) x 1
Outer blade collar (2b) x 1
Note!
The blade collars have a shoulder which fits into the blade’s centre hole (no
loose bushing needed), Make sure that the blade is in the centre of the blade collars
and that it rotates in the right direction before you pull it out! Check that the cradle can
be pushed in and adjust the covers’ position when necessary.
Warning
! Use the attached blade key and fence, use protective gloves.
Warning!
Be careful as you tighten so that you do not slip and injure your wrist or fingers!
7. Mount the right side cover and the outer
protective cover:
Mount the right side cover (F) with 2 of
the attached screws (M6X12).
Mount the outer protective cover (E) with
4 of the attached screws (M5X8).
Note!
Check that the blade is going round
without touching the cover, loosen the motor’s
securing screws and adjust when necessary!
