Troubleshooting 

When operating a CNC machine many different problems can occur, which of course not all are 

mentioned here. The following sections list only those issues that can occur frequently during initial 

startup and for which there are standard solutions. 

In case of unforeseen problems you can contact the Support. If possible, try to solve the problem first 
by using this guide. 
 

 

F u n c t i o n s   l o c k e d  

Not all functions of the software are allowed at any time. It may happen that certain buttons and menu 
items  are  locked.  In  the  picture  below,  for  example,  the  machine  movement,  spindle  and  coolant 
function and tool change and homing are disabled ("greyed out"). 
 

 
 
All machine movements are of course blocked as long as the emergency stop is active. First check 

the symbols in the "Status" field.
