Maintenance tasks are described in the following sections.
5.2.1
BoreWelder maintenance
The BoreWelder requires little maintenance when properly cared for. Preventative
maintenance is the most effective means of attaining a long service life.

Wipe down the quill and the mating surface of the offset head assem-
bly with a clean shop towel, lightly sprayed with WD-40.

tips, and nozzles for wear. Inspect the torch and extension threaded
ends where they mate for dents and burrs.

cracked, worn or otherwise compromised, replace them.
