8 Possible faults and their elimination
Note:
Troubleshooting and repair work must always be carried out by a specialist workshop.
Observe the relevant accident prevention regulations and all other information given in the
operating instructions!
Use only original spare parts!
Possible cause
Fault correction
Abnormal oil heating
The nominal diameters of the suction, pressure and return hoses are too small.
The oil tank (reservoir) is insufficiently dimensioned.
The oil level in the hydraulic system of the tractor is too low.
The oil filter is clogged.
The necessary oil quantity is not reached.
The setting of the pressure-relief valve of the tractor is insufficient (180 bar (2611 psi)
as a minimum).
9 Workshop instructions
Note:
Always carry out mounting, conversion, repair and maintenance work with the drive and
motor switched off!
Remove ignition key!
Secure the tractor and machine against unintentional movements (e.g. rolling away, lowering,
etc.).
Observe the relevant accident prevention regulations and all other information given in the
operating instructions!
Only use original spare parts!
9.1 Basic setting of the machine
In the basic setting, the blade share on the RADIUS is completely retracted.
9.2 Initial installation
Installation may only be carried out by trained personnel!
The fastening screws must be tightened with the appropriate torque from the tightening torque table in section
9.5. Guideways must be greased.
Hydraulic and other components must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
The general safety and accident prevention regulations must be observed for all work.
9.3 First commissioning
Every user must read these operating instructions before using the machine/implement.
The initial commissioning at the customer's is accompanied by the specialist dealer.
