Cylindrical brushes version
The operator has to follow the instructions below to replace the brushes:
Take the ignition key away from the dashboard in order to avoid a casual starting of the machine;
Remove the protective cover (detail 1 in picture 4.17) plate by unscrewing the three screws detail 2
in picture 4.17).
Disconnect and remove the cylindrical brushes
Setting a new brush up: the brushes hexagon has to be concentric to the attachment flange (detail 4
in picture nr. 4.18). By means of a slight pressure upwards set the new brush up.
Set the brushes cases up again after having replaced the brushes.
To proceed to clean the waste tray must operate in the following way:
Take the ignition key away from the dashboard in order to avoid a casual starting of the machine;
Lift the hook of the recovery tank in order to unloose the tank (see detail 1 in picture 4.19);
Pull the recovery tank off (see detail 2 in picture 4.19);
Empty and clean the recovery tank;
Do now the opposite instructions.
Before starting the machine again,
please make sure that the protection
cases are well set up.
