6. Burner and Fuel Piping Installation
Installing the burner requires:
•
Burner,
•
Gas and/or oil fuel delivery components,
•
Piping, and
•
Electrical conduit, fittings, etc.
7. Trim Installation
Installing the trim components requires:
•
Relief valve(s)
•
Burner firing controls
•
Low water cutoff
•
Conduit and wire
•
Pipe components
•
Standard electrical tools (conduit bender, wire puller,
etc.)
•
Wiring diagram
NOTE:
When the burner is being in-
stalled, a means of safely lifting the
burner will be required. Refer to the Op-
eration and Maintenance manual for
burner weights.
Additional parts included in the assembly kit include
standoffs. These are welded to the drum, front or
rear walls to allow ventilated mounting space for the
required safety and warning stickers.
