INSTALL OPTIONAL AWNING END PANEL
The material cut from the end panel can be
used to cover each end of the awning. Use the
supplied fabric clips, Tek screws, and lag bolts
to secure the panel material to the awning
frame and support posts.
1. Take a section of the material that was
cut from the end panel and trim it to fit the
shape of the end awning rafter.
2. Secure the panel to the awning frame
using FA4482 Tek screws and the CC6213
fabric clips for the horizontal pipe (1.66")
and the CC6214 clips for the angled
awning rafter pipe (1.90").
NOTE:
Loosen the end panel and main
cover to work the panel up and into
position as needed.
3. Secure the awning end panel to the
support posts and end rafter using 1/4" flat
washers and FAJ104B lag bolts (posts)
and Tek screws (rafters).
4. With the first awning end panel secured,
repeat the steps to cut and install the
awning end panel at the remaining end of
the awning frame.
5. Return to the end panel instructions and
finish as needed to secure the end panel
to the frame.
6. With all panels installed and secured,
move back to the top of each end panel
and pull the end panel flap up and over
the end rafter.
NOTE:
Flap will be between the main
cover and the stretch pocket straps of the
main cover when properly positioned.
7. Pull the bonnet of the main cover back
over each end rafter to prepare for the
installation of the end ratchets for the main
cover.
