USING ONLINE DIRECTORIES
Online Directory is an external directory which can be used for calling. If you are registered
in the online directory, you can view the Online Directory in the address book under the
Online Directory tab.
NOTE: Online directory entries cannot be edited or deleted. In
Collaborate Central, Online Directory Settings

You can access the address book using the remote control.
To access the address book via the remote control:
1.
On the remote control, press the address book
button. The address book
opens.
2.
Select the Directory tab, and on the number to dial press
OK
. In the New Call bar, the
address of the contact is copied to the number field.
NOTE: When the address book is open, typing a letter in the ABC
field causes it to 'jump' to the first letter entered.
3.
Select
Call
(
) or press
Make Call
(
). The Calling screen is displayed.
When the call is answered on the far end, the system switches to Call mode.

Online Directory
by pressing left with the joystick and
scrolling down.
2.
Select the Directory tab, select the number to dial and press
OK
. In the New Call bar,
