You can display the address book using the Collaborate Room GUI menus.
To select the address book via the Collaborate Room GUI:
1.
Select
Settings>General>Address Book
. The Address Book window appears (use
the joystick left button to skip to the left tabs).
2.
In the Personal tab, select the number to dial, and then press
OK
on the remote control.
In the New Call bar, the address of the contact is copied to the number field.
NOTE: When the address book is open, typing a letter in the ABC
field causes it to 'jump' to the first letter entered.
3.
Select
Call
(
). The Calling screen is displayed.
When the call is answered on the far end, the system switches to Call mode.

You can select the personal address book from the New Call bar.
To select the personal address book via the New Call bar:
1.
Select
New Call
on the main menu. The New Call bar, appears.
2.
In the New Call bar, select
Address Book

). The Address Book window
appears.
3.
