Step 8
:
Pull FlexConnector (added in
Step 3) back over clips to snap into
FlexConnector holes, as shown. Push
until you hear a snap.
Step 7
:
Use pliers (as shown) to pinch
teeth to hold jacket.
DO NOT
use needle nose pliers.

:
Place smaller diameter heat
shrink (004644) covering rear of clips
and heat to shrink.
Step 9
:
Slide the 3” piece (004458)
heat shrink tubing, placing one end
just inside the back end of the Flex
-
Connector. Shrink using a heat gun.
Step 11
:
Finish with the largest heat
shrink (004867) covering the holes on
the FlexConnector and heat to shrink.
This will create a water tight seal.
Step 12
:
Terminate fiber to connector
per instructions (if applicable).
