• Is the dust container too full? Empty the container.

• Is the nozzle which is being used blocked? Remove any
objects blocking it (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).
• Is the rotating brush of the cleaning foot dirty? Remove the
blockages.
• Is the micro
fi
bre roller of the cleaning foot dirty? Remove the
blockages.
Dust escapes from
the device during
cleaning.
• Is the dust container not closed correctly and / or not (correctly)
inserted into the device? Correct this.
During vacuum
cleaning, an
unpleasant smell
is detected.
• Is the device being used for the
fi
rst time?
A smell often develops when new devices are
fi
rst used. The
smell should disappear after you have used the device several
times.
