Care and maintenance
• Always unplug the product from the wall socket before cleaning.
• Clean the vacuum sealer by wiping it with a damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning
agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Always unplug the vacuum sealer and store it in a dry, dust-free environment out of
children’s reach whenever it is not to be used for a long time.
Troubleshooting guide
The vacuum
sealer will not
switch on.
• Make sure that the mains lead is undamaged and securely
plugged into a wall socket.
• Is the wall socket energised?
The vacuum
sealer does
not work.
• Is the opening of the bag fully inside the vacuum chamber?
• Maintain a steady but light downward pressure on the lid
during the vacuum process.
• Are you using the right type of bag? Only bags that are
designed to be used with a vacuum sealing machine will work.
• Is the bag airtight?
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that the product should not be disposed of
with general household waste. This applies throughout the entire EU.
In order to prevent any harm to the environment or health hazards
caused by incorrect waste disposal, the product must be handed in
for recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible
