Problem
Possible solution
The motor runs,
but does not
pump water or
the flow is poor.
Check that the pump filter on the inside of the pool is not
clogged.
Check whether the pool water level is too low.
The filter cartridge could be blocked or too dirty. Clean or
change the filter if necessary.
The pump loses
suction and does
not clean the
water.
Check the chlorine and pH level of the water.
The filter cartridge could be broken or clogged. Clean or
change if needed.
Allow the pump to run longer.
Check that the water inlet is not clogged.
The pump does
not run smoothly.
Check the filter cartridge. Clean or change it if it is dirty.
The motor could be overheated. Allow the motor to cool down
before starting it again.
Make sure that the water inlet or outlet is not clogged.
Check that the water level is not too low.
Contact your local supplier or other qualified person.
