AFTER USE
When you have finished soldering it is recommended that you clean the
soldering tip. This is done by dabbing a small amount of clean solder on the
tip, and then wiping it off with a wet sponge or cloth. This will remove any burnt
flux and leave a small coating of clean solder on the tip.
NOTE:
Take care when cleaning the tip. It is recommended that you
place the wet sponge or cloth on the work surface and drag the
tip over it. Do not apply by hand to the tip as this could result in
burning of the skin.
