IMPORTANT
Being the plow previously leveled, set the working depth of the moldboard as follows:
• Drive the plow over the soil and make the first pass.
• Redo the settings, if necessary.
• Use the ripple/sensibility control of the hydraulic cylinder to determine the moldboard
depth. After making this adjustment, keep it in every operation and activate it only if you
wish to change the working depth. (See the tractor manual).
• To help reaching the desired depth, the front (A)
and rear (B) gauge wheels must be on the same height.
Adjust the front wheel (A) through the holes (C) using
bolts (D), spring washer and nut. Adjust the rear wheel
(B) through the stabilizer with thread (E).
To achieve an uniform depth in every moldboard, the plow must be
leveled.
During operation, it is necessary to keep the hydraulic ripple/sensibility
control on the operation position according to the desired depth. After
this adjustment, use it again only when maneuvering or to lift the plow.
For better ridge tipping, it is necessary to keep a constant working
speed.
Ideal speed = 5 to 8 km/h.
