connect the Cisco uBR924 to the service provider’s network; this document ships with each
Cisco uBR924 cable access router.
If you are a subscriber, review these documents, along with any other document your service provider
gives you.
To obtain support, contact your service provider. Before contacting your service provider, note the MAC
address and the UID found on a label at the bottom of your Cisco uBR924 cable access router.
