Removing WFM

NOTE: When you remove WFM, the SQL Server WFM database is
not removed.

To remove WFM:

1. From the Start menu, choose Settings > Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

3. Select Cisco Unified WFO Workforce Management Services, click Remove,

and follow the prompts.

The following table lists the programs you will find on the server.
