Audience
This guide is for the networking professional using the Cisco IOS command-line interface (CLI) to
manage the standalone Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3130 for Dell or blade switch stack, referred to as
the switch
. Before using this guide, you should have experience working with the Cisco IOS commands
and the switch software features. Before using this guide, you should have experience working with the
concepts and terminology of Ethernet and local area networking.
You install the switch in the Dell M1000e blade server chassis, referred to as the
enclosure
.
Purpose
This guide provides procedures for using the commands that have been created or changed for use with
the switches. It does not provide detailed information about these commands. For detailed information
