You can connect the Cisco Headset 560 Series with any of the following:
The Cisco Headset 560 Series require Multiplatform Firmware Release 11.2(3) and higher.
Upgrade your phones to the latest firmware before using these headsets.
Use the following steps to check your phone model and the firmware version.

field shows your phone model. The

field shows the installed load where you can get the firmware version.

Use to power the headset on and off.
Press and hold for 4 seconds to power on/off the headset.
Incoming and active call management depend on the number of
calls you have: one (1) or multiple.
One call:

Press once to answer incoming calls.
•
Press once to put an active call on hold. Press
again to retrieve the call from hold.
•
Press twice to reject an incoming call.
