Pulse Width Trigger Shutter Mode
□
This is the mode to start exposure with external trigger input signals, and set the exposure time with the
pulse width of the trigger signals.
□
Trigger operation is CLK-sync and HV-sync Reset.
□
The delay time (Exposure Time Delay
①
) from detecting trigger starting edge to starting exposure output
(TTL) , and the delay time (Exposure Time Delay
②
) from
detecting trigger completing edge to
completing exposure output (TTL) differ by modes as shown below.

*With the above Exposure Time Delay

, several dozen ns of jitter occur due to asynchronous loading.
*The actual exposure period is longer by approx. 1µs at the front and approx. 8µs at the end as shown below.

Functionally, no upper limitation is set but, at long exposure, the increase of noises, the decrease of
setup level, and decrease of white clip level might occur.
□
The next trigger can be accepted during outputting the current image. However, while the image output
is on-going, do not input a trigger to start the next image output.
□
The camera internally ignores any trigger input between Exposure Time start and Read-out start. Refer
to (A) in the drawing below.
□
Any trigger input between Exposure Time start and Read-out start shall be ignored in the camera as
shown (A) below. When a read-out period (FVAL=1) and the exposure start (start-up of Exposure
Time) are overlapped, LVAL and DVAL output Low for 4H, and stop outputting images.
