TimeDev:
Minimum time deviation to force synchronisation of the energy meter, in seconds.
TimeDevOver:
Maximum time deviation to force synchronisation of the energy meter, in seconds.
NumMeters:
Indicates the maximum number of energy meters to be contained in any report gen-
erated by the concentrator.
0
indicates that the report will contain all the energy meters connected
to the concentrator.
TimeSendReq:
Maximum time to send a report, in seconds.
TimeDisconMeter:
Time at which the device passes from
