14. Install the subassembly of screw shafts (100) and cover DF (401) into the pump casing
(350) and liner (352). Temporarily secure cover DF (401) to the pump casing (350) with
screws (310).
15. Install bearings (103) onto screw shafts (100)
16. Install cover D (407) onto pump casing (350) and secure with screws (309). Verify that
the screw shafts turn freely without binding or tight spots.
17. Remove temporarily installed screws (310) from cover DF (401)
18. Install bush (174) and the rotating portion of mechanical seal (702) onto screw shaft
(100).
19. Install the stationary portion of mechanical seal (702) into gear housing (406).
20. Install gasket (440). Install gear housing (406) and secure with screws (310).
21. Close the gear housing (406) drain port using plug (443) and sealing washer (479).
22. Install the Plan 11 seal flush piping (712). Tighten fittings (714, 724).
23. Close all support threads or bores with permanent plugs.
