Tape and Reel
The single-feed tape carrier for EES3 is illustrated in
. The figure also shows the prop-
er part orientation. The tape width is 56 mm and the EES3 modules are placed on the tape with
a 36-mm pitch. The reels are 330mm in diameter with 150mm hubs. Each reel contains 300
modules.
