Getting Started
Make sure you are connected to your home’s Fioptics WiFi Internet.
Download the Fioptics TV app from the App Store or from Google Play onto
your tablet or smartphone.
To use the Fioptics TV app

Log in using your Cincinnati Bell My Account username and password. If
you do not have a My Account, click Register for an account.
Adding & Managing Devices
Once you have logged into the Fioptics TV app, you will be able to add or
manage your devices. With Fioptics TV, you can have up to five devices
connected at one time. The first time you login, you will need to add your
device

Tap the Nickname field and enter a Nickname for that device

Tap

Watch TV

Once you have successfully added your device, tap
WATCH TV
to
continue.

Browse the interactive program guide with up to 14 days of programming.

Scroll right and left in
guide to view upcoming
programming and to return to
current programming.

Tap the timer picker on the
top left-hand side to jump to
a particular date or time.

Scroll up and down through
channels in the guide to find
what you would like to watch.

Tap a program name to view
the details on that episode. To
view the show, tap the
WATCH
button. The
WATCH
button
will only be present when you
are connected to your home
WiFi network.
