3.8 D2 and D3 “Secondary Diode”

1 ) Remove the Side Panel. [See section “

2 ) Remove PCB3 (WK-5569) and T1. [See section “

.3-3”]
3 ) Remove six screws and then detach the D2 and D3.
Do not have the wrong direction of the diodes when reinstalling.
Before installing a new diode, apply a uniform coat of silicone compound (Shinetsu Silicone G-747 or
equivalent) on the base.

2 ) Remove the Gas Tube. Remove the two bolts, two toothed washers, and the terminal.
