Conseils de sécurité
Pour éviter tous risques d’accidents au
moment des opérations d’installation, de
mise en service et de règlage, il est impé-
ratif de prendre en considération les spé-
cificités du matériel telles que :
– circuits frigorifiques sous pression
– présence de fluide frigorigène
– présence de tension
Seul du personnel expérimenté et qualifié
peut intervenir sur de tels équipements,
notamment sur les parties électriques et
frigorifiques.
Il est impératif de suivre les recommanda-
tions et instructions qui figurent sur les
notices d’entretien, les étiquettes ou ins-
tructions particulières.
Se conformer impérativement aux nor-
mes et règlementations en vigueur.
IMPORTANT : avant d’intervenir sur le
groupe, vérifier que le courant d’alimenta-
tion est bien coupé au niveau du section-
neur général intégré à l’armoire électri-
que de l’appareil.
Choix de l’emplacement
du groupe
Avant la manutention, l’implantation et le
raccordement du groupe, l’installateur
devra vérifier les points suivants :
– Ces groupes sont à placer à l’intérieur, à
l’abri des intempéries et du gel.
– La surface du sol ou de la structure
devra être suffisamment résistante pour
supporter le poids du groupe.
– L’appareil devra être parfaitement de
niveau.
– Le groupe doit être parfaitement acces-
sible pour permettre d’effectuer aisément
les opérations de service et d’entretien.
– Aucun obstacle ne devra gêner la libre
circulation de l’air sur le condenseur à air
(aspiration et soufflage).
ATTENTION à la recirculation de l’air.
– Niveau sonore : nos appareils ont été
étudiés pour un fonctionnement à faible
niveau sonore pour ce type de matériel.
Il faut cependant se soucier, dès la
conception de l’installation, de l’environ-
nement extérieur pour le bruit rayonné et
du type de bâtiment pour le bruit transmis
en aérien et solidien (vibrations).
Faire réaliser éventuellement une étude
par un acousticien.

tions

unit, check that the supply current is cut at
the main cut-off in the unit’s electrical
cabinet.
Choice of unit location
Before moving, installing and connecting
the unit, the installer should check the fol-
lowing points :
– These units must be fitted indoors, pro-
tected from adverse weather conditions
and freezing.
– The floor surface or structure must be
sufficiently resistant to support the weight
of the unit.
– The unit must be perfectly level.
– The unit must be accessible to enable
maintenance and servicing operations to
be performed easily.
– Nothing should block free circulation of
air on the air condenser (intake and
outlet).
ATTENTION should be paid to air recir-
culation.
– Sound level : our units are designed for
operation at a low sound level for the type
of equipment.
Care must nevertheless be taken when
designing the installation with respect to
the external environment for radiated
noise and the type of construction for
noise transmitted through the air and
through solid structures (vibrations).
A study by an acoustical engineer may be
needed.
Sicherheitshinweise
Um bei der Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Ein
stellung der Geräte jedes Unfallrisiko zu vermei
den, sind folgende Eigenheiten des Materials
unbedingt zu berücksichtigen:
- Kältekreise stehen unter Druck
- Kältemittel ist eingefüllt
- es liegt Spannung an
Die Eingriffe an den Einrichtungen dürfen aus
schließlich von Fachkräften vorgenommen wer
den, dies gilt insbesondere für die elektrischen
Komponenten und die Kältekreise.
Die Empfehlungen und Anweisungen in der War
tungsanleitung und in den Sonderanweisungen
sowie auf den Geräteschildern sind unbedingt zu
beachten.
Die geltenden Normen und Gesetze sind einzu
halten.
WICHTIG:
Vor jedem Eingriff in den Kaltwasser
satz ist sicherzustellen, daß die Stromversorgung
am Hauptschalter im Schaltschrank des Geräts
abgeschaltet wurde.
Aufstellungsort für das
Aggregat
Vor der Förderung, Aufstellung und dem Anschluß
des Geräts hat der Installateur folgende Punkte zu
prüfen:
- Die Geräte werden in einem Raum, frostfrei und
witterungsgeschützt aufgestellt.
- Die Bodenfläche bzw. das Gestell sind ausrei
chend stark ausgelegt, um das Gewicht des
Geräts tragen zu können.
- Das Gerät steht völlig gerade (Wasserwaage).
- Der Kaltwassersatz ist frei zugänglich, so daß
alle Wartungsarbeiten problemlos durchgeführt
werden können.
- Die Luft des luftgekühlten Verflüssigers kann
unbehindert zirkulieren (Ansaugung und Ausbla
sung).
ACHTUNG bei Luftrückführung.
- Schallpegel: Die Geräte sind so ausgelegt, daß
nur ein niedriger Schallpegel bei Betrieb vorliegt.
Bei der Planung der Aufstellorte ist jedoch die
Umgebung im Hinblick auf die Ausstrahlung der
Geräusche und die Art des Gebäudes für die Wei
terleitung der Schalldruckpegel über Luft und die
Gebäudestruktur (Vibrationen) zu prüfen.
Wenn nötig, kann vor der Aufstellung ein Akustik
techniker hinzugezogen werden.
