10. Remove the four step spring

M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver securing the cold plate.

When assembling the cold plate ensure the silicone is spread evenly around the step spring
screws.

11. Remove the two M2.6

screws

with a Phillips Jewelers screwdriver

securing

the TEC 01.

12. Separate the TEC 01 and copper block.

13. Replace the TEC 01.

When replacing the TEC 01 ensure the thermal grease is spread evenly.

14. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
