7-1 External I/O checking
7-1-1 I/O indication in normal operation
The following table shows examples of the indicator of the welding controller and
the external I/O signal.
Use this table for troubleshooting.

The WELD/NO WELD input indicator always indicates the external input signal
status, and therefore is not related to the WELD/NO WELD mode selector at the
TB-30 side.
7-1-2 I/O indication in abnormal operation
If the indication is not what expected identify, the cause and provide remedy as
follows,
a. The POWER indicator is not ON.
The power is not supplied to the power terminal 01 and 02.
Check the power line to the power terminal fittings and the ON status of the
circuit breaker, emergency stop s/w, or micro s/w if installed.
b. The PILOT input indicator is not ON.
The pilot input signal is not on. Check the wiring to the terminal block or I/O
connector and the signal source.
