6-10-5 Reweld at Fault function
If No Current Fault (E30), extremely low current (E60) and low Current (E61) are
caused, weld again. If the reweld results in normal weld, the sequence will end. If
the reweld results in abnormal weld. fault will be issued.
. Setting
: Set the Reweld at Fault function (X0,Y34) to "1."
6-10-6 Low Current Limit set function
The Level at which the low current can be detected can be set in % when the
weld current is taken as 100%,
. Setting
: Set the % data to the Low Current Limit (X0, Y2) (50 to 99%)
6-11 Current Control method
The current control method has two modes - constant current and voltage
compensation. Select suitable one according to the specifications.
6-11-1 Constant current control
The primary current is measured for each cycle. Based on this data, the firing
angle is calculated to provide current that Is approximate to the weld current.
Therefore, fluctuation in the welding power source or in load can be
compensated for at high speed.
. CURRENT SETTING METHOD
a. Set the current directly. Min.
: 100A
b. Setting range
: 2000 to 25500A
. TURNS RATIO
Set the specified turns ratio.
. COMPENSATION FACTORS
Fluctuation in weld power source and load
