Lifting the Front Panel
To access the windshield washer fluid reservoir
and the clutch fluid reservoir, the front panel must
be lifted.
1. To lift the panel,
grasp the rear of the
release catch,
located at the bottom
of the instrument
panel, and pull it
toward you.
See Instrument Panel Overview on page 84
for more information on location of the
release catch.
2. Then go to the front
of the vehicle and lift
the panel at the
center. Use the prop
rod to hold the
panel open.
3. To close the front panel, remove the prop rod,
close the panel and push firmly on both sides
to ensure that the panel is fully closed.
