Possible cause
Possible solution
The lamp output is too low to provide
accurate measurements.
The lamp may need to be replaced if the lamp use is
close to or more than 4000 hrs. Contact your supplier
for replacement. Note that the lamp may take several
minutes to ignite after closing the door, especially after
shipping.

Lamp too low
Possible cause
Possible solution
The lamp output is low but not too low
for the analyzer to provide accurate mea-

It is nearly time for the lamp to be replaced, however,
the lamp output is still high enough for the analyzer to
produce accurate measurements.
3.1.6.6
All the numbers displayed in the Secondary Data Menu are 0
Possible cause
Possible solution
If all the numbers displayed are 0 then
this indicates the system did not start up
correctly (refer to the diagnostics LEDs).
Restart the machine.
3.1.6.7
All the Lamp and Water numbers displayed in the Secondary Data Menu are 0 but humidity
and temperature data appears to be correct
Possible cause
Possible solution
If Lamp and Water numbers are 0 but hu-
midity and temperature data appears to
be correct then this indicates a commu-
nication problem with the sensor board
located on the rotating assembly.
Check the sensor board.
3.1.6.8
Diagnostics LEDs
The diagnostic LEDs are located on the smaller of the two circuit boards that is mounted on the back
plate of the analyzer. The diagnostic LEDs allow determination of the current state of the firmware.
The LEDs can be used to determine issues such as a damaged reference micro-switch, an internal
communication issue, a blown fuse, etc..
LED numbering is provided on the circuit board.
