8. Position the base clamps of part #2 over the crossbar of your wheelchair. You may need
to push or pull part #1 in order to do that. The Docking Module will adjust itself to the
required distance. Place the highlighted small clamp halves over the crossbar. If the
clamps do not fit tightly around the crossbar, add rubber strips between the clamp and
the tube to ensure a tight fit. Center part #2 on the crossbar. Again, loosely secure the
clamps in place using the clamp screws and an Allen key. You will need to adjust their
position later.
9. Center part #2 on the crossbar tube. Do not tighten the clamp screws yet.
