Attaching/Detaching the Companion Adapter (CA)
The Companion Adapter is shipped to you fully assembled.
Do not try disassembling the Companion Adapter to avoid injury and warranty issues.
1. To attach the Companion Adapter to the Docking Module, insert it in the Docking Module
as shown in the drawing below.
2. Slide the Companion Adapter backward and up at an angle so that the back slot aligns
with the back axle of the Docking Module.
3. Pull the front of the Companion Adapter up until you hear a click which indicates that the
mechanism is securely locked in place.
4. To detach the Companion Adapter from the Docking Module, press the rear latch lever,
then push the Companion Adapter down and pull it out.
