Replacing the driving wheel chain (Rapid Shift)
For this operation, proceed as outlined below.
1) Move the lever (
C
) to lift the wheel in order to slacken
off the chain.
2) Unscrew the nuts (

).
3) Remove the casing (
B
).
4) Move the tensioner (
D
) and remove the chain (
E
).
CAUTION
The tensioner could move unexpectedly, causing in-
jury to the hands.
Proceed with the utmost caution.
5) Fit a new chain.
6) Fit the casing (
B
).
7) Tighten the nuts (
A
).
