Note:
Manual IRQ selection does not guarantee that the PCI slot device will be configured with the choice
because PnP ISA cards (if present) are assigned the available resources before the PCI devices. The PCI
slot INT A signals are connected to PIRQ lines together with internal devices in PCI Bus 0. PCI Bus 0
devices have higher priority over PCI slot devices; therefore, the internal device must be disabled to allow
the manual IRQ selection to take effect.
