6. Open the dishwasher doors and insert a rack of soiled wares into the machine. Close the doors
and press the Green Start push button.
7. The in-cycle light will illuminate and the cycle will begin.
8. The dishwasher washes for 40 seconds, final rinses for 8 seconds, and dwells for 12 seconds for
a complete cycle time of 60 seconds.
9. Check the final rinse water temperature during the 8 second final rinse. The temperature must
maintain a minimum of between 180-195
˚
F/82-91

C for DHB, DH1 and 140

F/60

C for DLF.
10. The DLF requires that a minimum concentration of 50 ppm of a 5.25% chlorine sanitizer be maintained
in the final rinse water during the final rinse. The concentration must be measured using chlorine
test strips to measure the concentration on the dish ware.
11. Check the final rinse pressure on the pressure gauge during the final
rinse cycle to ensure that 20-22 PSI is maintained.
12. Repeat steps 3-11 for additional racks of ware.
