12 Error Messages
If an error occurs during a program cycle, the autoclave will sound an acoustic alarm
and display and error code on the screen. The autoclave will also automatically release
pressure from inside the sterilisation chamber and switch off the heating. This safety
system is designed to protect the user. If an alarm occurs, please write down the error
coded and switch off the device. Do not open the door. Switch the device on again and
wait until the pressure returns to -0.5 kPa ~0.5 kPa.
We recommend rebooting the program in order to see whether the
error occurs again.
A repeated long beep sound is audible at each of the following error messages. The
user must confirm the error message by pressing the M button for a longer period so
that the error memory is deleted.

The serial cable (COM 4)
between the touchscreen and
autoclave has become
detached.
Screw the COM4 cable into the
RS232 base on the rear of the
autoclave again.
If the problem is still not resolved,
restart the autoclave and
touchscreen.
If the problem continues to
persist, navigate to the Settings
to reset the touchscreen.
