9. Maintenance and inspection
9.1 Safety measures

Important!
The operator must provide any protective
clothing that may be required.
Normal maintenance work may be carried out by
operational personnel.

Important!
The gearbox is lubricated for life and there-
fore maintenance-free.
9.3 Note on care
All parts that come into contact with the media are
stainless steel or plastic.
• The device must be thoroughly cleaned after each
use, especially after the use of salt.
• When using a high-pressure cleaner to clean the
device, the lighting must be protected.
• Dry the device after cleaning.
• After cleaning, you should treat the moving
parts in particular with a light, rust-dissolving or
water-displacing oil (e.g. WD-40).
• The tyre pressure must be checked at regular
intervals.
The setpoint is 0.8 – 1.2 bar.
10. Decommissioning
1. Empty the spreader hopper.
2. Disassemble the spreader into its
constituent parts.
3. Sort accordingly by material.
4. Dispose of in compliance with local regulations.

12. Warranty
Under our general terms and conditions of trade we
warrant that the spreader will be produced free from
defects in materials, functionality or workmanship.

The warranty applies only under the condition that
the above operating and maintenance instructions
and all applicable regulations are closely followed.
Modification of the spreader by the customer
without consultation with the manufacturer CEMO
GmbH invalidates any claims under the statutory
warranty.
CEMO GmbH also accepts no responsibility for
damage caused by inappropriate use.
