AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. CELEROS AND/OR 
ITS SUBSIDIARIES ("CELEROS") IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE TO 
YOU AS THE INDIVIDUAL, THE COMPANY, OR THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT WILL 
BE UTILIZING THE SOFTWARE (REFERENCED BELOW AS "YOU OR YOUR")

LICENSE AGREEMENT. THIS IS A LEGAL AND ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT

Ownership and Copyright 

The Celeros software is non-exclusive licensed and sold to you for use only as 
permitted by this License Agreement. Celeros reserves any rights not expressly 
granted to you. Copying of the software is prohibited by law unless specifically 
authorized in writing by Celeros. You may not use copy, modify, sell, lease, 
sublease or otherwise transfer Celeros software in whole or in part. 
 

Intellectual Property Rights 

The Celeros software contains intellectual property rights, and in order to protect 
them, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce 
the software to a human perceivable form. 
 

Termination 

This license will be automatically terminated without notice from Celeros if you fail 
to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. If you do not agree to be 
bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the Celeros or any of its 
software components. 
 

Disclaimer of Warranties 

Celeros software are licensed "as is" without warrantee of any kind. Celeros hereby 
disclaims all warranties express and implied, relating to Celeros , the installation 
utilities and the embedded software including, without limitation, any implied 
warrantee of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
