Fault Description
According to the general condition of the equipments, the common faults and
troubleshooting methods are shown in below table for your reference:
1. Preamplifier output
signal is too large
2. Equipment self-excited
Preamp input signal is too
small
1. Equipment start status
2. Caused by other faults
Equipment internal
temperature is too high
Output power is too large
Reflection power is too

Voltage
Reduce the AGC value; reduce preamplifier input power;
check the adequacy of the antenna isolation, whether
self-excited or not; appropriate adjust protection points.
Reorient the receiving antenna,
adjust input signal to the normal and safe acceptable
range
Wait for equipment start-up; turn the power off and then
restart equipment; check other fault information
Check whether the ambient temperature exceeds the
normal equipment operating temperature; check the fan
is operating well or not; check ventilation; replace the
corresponding device; adjust fan control temperature.
Reduce the output power, check the antenna isolation is
adequate, whether there is self-excited; appropriate
adjust protection points.
Check the output cable connected correctly, check the
antenna VSWR is sufficient; appropriate adjust
protection points.
Check the power supply voltage; adjust setting scope of
protection; replace the corresponding module

Treatment
Final power amplifier failure
No RF output, But
AGC value normal
Check final power amplifier power supply and final power
amplifier module, replacing the corresponding module
Off ground
Chassis leakage
Ground connected
