6.1 Instructions for physically inspecting POI devices and preventing skimming, including
instructions and contact details for reporting any suspicious activity
6.1.4 Reporting suspicious activity
If you detect suspicious activity:
•
Do not use the device.
•
Immediately contact our Customer Support Team at
(1) (888) 249-3220
and give a full
description of the suspected activity.
•
Follow the instructions of our Customer Support Team for returning the device.
Important:
If your device develops a fault, we arrange for you to return the device to us,
and we ship a replacement device to you. We do not repair deployed devices; therefore,
you should
NOT
grant access to any person that claims to be repair or support
personnel.
6.2 Instructions for responding to evidence of POI device tampering
If you suspect that someone has tampered with your device:

Do not use the device.
•
Immediately contact our Customer Support Team at
(1) (888) 249-3220
and give a full
description of the suspected tampering.
•
Follow the instructions of our Customer Support Team for returning the device.
